16oz can purchased at Huckleberry's, in Spokane, WA. Different label than what is shown here. Canned on April 29, 2025.

Poured into a 16oz dimpled mug, this is a chill hazed dirty blonde amber color, with a rocky, bone-white head. Lots of lace.

Nose is of floral, grassy hops and crackery malts.

The hops are a little more bitter up front in the taste than in the nose, but within acceptable parameters for the style. Grassy, herbal and crisp.

Light bodied, with a crisp, clean mouth feel.

Slightly more aggressively hopped than I'd expect for a Bohemian pils. If you told me it was a German pils after offering me one, I'd absolutely believe you. Pretty minor quibble, though. This is a delightful beer to come home from work to. I'd happily have several if able. Not bad for a beer over 4 months old.

remarkably easy drinking pils, at peak freshness where i had it, light really in all respects, not hoppy, which i expected it to be coming from these guys, who do hops so well, light on the yeast and grain too in terms of it not being loaded with european character, its clean and effortless, a bit more american style to me maybe, nice with more complex foods, even fine dining, and something i could cruise with on autopilot indefinitely, somehow only my second beer ever from these guys. relatively clear and in a rich golden tone and a big bubble white head an inch high and relaxing at a leisurely pace. the aroma is slightly biscuity but light, fresher than many imported takes on the style and without that deep earthy to even dusty character those pils malts often possess, way bright, soft floral hops there, also appreciably fresh, and a near neutral lager yeast to me, at least while its good and cold. neat flavor, crisp and quick but still grain driven, some terroir to it, minerals and water and such, lightly fermenty as it warms, less neutral than the nose, light champagne character which is exacerbated by its excited effervescence, some back end hops but moderate, grassy and fresh, with some light limey character but also faint noble type spice way back there, dry to finish. well refined and somewhat minimal lager here, drinkable year round, refreshing and unfussy.

16oz can served in a tulip. No date on the can.

Pours clear light yellow with a biggish head and a lot of fine carbonation. Smell is moderately floral with a little cut greens, yeast and grain.

Taste is light grainy sweetness and a lot of grassy bitterness, lots of honeysuckle to brighten things up.

Mouthfeel is crisp and clean. Overall, very nice pilsner.

Poured into classic Pilsner glass. Can dated 6/26. Typical pils, light amber, plenty of carbonation. Aroma of crackers and yeast. Taste is refreshing, good hop balance with malt presence coming into party as well. At 4.8% ABV, it's well crafted. While it's certainly a bit shy of the top tier, the brewery is still getting it's recipes dialed in. Recommended for being a good choice for a summer day.

Pours a bright yellow with plenty of coarse foam in the Brigand chalice. Bright and bubbly in the mouth. Light body but slushy and refreshing. Pleasant and persistent light resiny taste with a light malty, cereal note. Even a hint of melon with a woody aftertaste. Highly quaffable with more than a touch of bitterness after some sipping. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. "Canned 15 Feb," presumably 2022.

Pint at Westside Taphouse in West Salem OR.
$6.
Pale clear golden colour. Small bubbly white head. Does not last long.
Nice noble hop aromas..very nice. Simplicity is best in a beer like this.
Nice balanced taste.but the hops are always there. But not in a PNW way.
Mouth feel is just right for the style.
Very good pils. First from these guys and hopefully not the last.
