Clear amber with abundant foam in the Maredsous goblet. Sudsy and prickly mouthfeel with lush carbonation. Wheaty and cereal tasting with a lemony tang. This has a lovely fruity and slightly sweet flavor, which finishes with the dry yeasty taste. On the bitter side in the aftertaste. It's a classic Saison. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Canned 16 May 2023.
