16oz can served in a snulip. If there's a date, I don't see it. This year's batch apparently is 5.4%.
Pours a fairly hazy whitish yellow with a medium sized, short lived head that turns into a thick, clotty cap. Smell is bright lemon rind and floral, some dankness, cut greens and resin.
Taste leans into dank and scuttles toward earthiness, lemon rind is still there but has a heavy, dense bitterness to it.
Mouthfeel is light and slightly oily. Overall, pretty nice.

A hazy yellow with a dense, off-white head with excellent retention and lacing. The nose is modern IPA, circa 2022-23. Kiwi, stone cherries, melon, all of which are modern in expression paired with just a dank, dank ganja. Fruit juice and diesel. The palate mirrors this, with the dank weed a real bright and stark contrast to the fruit notes. Bright berries with Rainier cherry, stone cherry, mild floral notes. Drying, fruity finish. Clean, bright and yet dank. The fresh hops are present as a particularly dank weed note with a soft fruity accent. Lovely.

Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours a hazy, light to medium golden amber with a one finger white head with great retention and lacing. Aroma of pale malt, dank and lightly citrus hops, catty dankness, light grapefruit and a touch of pine. Flavor is pale malt, mostly dank hops, catty dankness, grapefruit, lemon, mild mixed fruit and pine; a little more pine shows up in the finish with light to moderate bitterness. Medium bodied with light creaminess. This turned out to be a NE style hazy and has the obligate mild bitterness of that style, but a much danker hop profile than any I've had. That along with a modest, but adequate bitterness, kept my interest. I have to say the catty quality to this hop mix is remarkable both in the aroma and taste. This is kind of hazy that almost makes me willing to leave my happy place of West Coast IPAs to try more of the style. But then again it’s a fresh hop and the herbal intensity makes it all that more fun to drink.
