DDH West Coast IPA
Bonk, bonk, bonk! Can you fix it? This DDH west coast IPA has a huge hop bouquet of punchy citrus and tropical fruit from strata, mosaic, and simcoe hops.

16oz can served in a snulip. Canned 21 Jan. Bought it yesterday at Chuck's Hop Shop Seward Park.
Pours clear amber, medium sized head that settles into a half centimeter and sticks around thanks to a healthy amount of sustaining carbonation. Smell is powerfully aromatic, pine and citrus and honeysuckle and ripe tropical fruit. Maybe a little bit boozy.
Taste is pine resin, honey sweetness, grapefruit rind. Strong bitter finish. Booze is noticeable, but not unsettling.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied, smooth, surprisingly crisp. Overall, really nice WC IPA, I might call it an Imperial IPA.
