Got in a BIF from Snaotheus. 16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 12/14/21. Pours moderately hazy ruby red/orange color with a 1 finger foamy light pink head with poor retention, that reduces to nothing eventually. No lacing and moderate streaming carbonation on the glass. Big aromas of sour cranberry, raspberry, fruit skin/seed, and lactic acid. Taste of big tart cranberry, raspberry, fruit skin/seed, lemon, lime, green apple, white wine, hay, straw, grass, peppercorn, oak, wheat, lacto/musty brett funk. Moderate fruity/lactic tartness and fruit tang on the finish. High carbonation, light body, and crisp/clean finishing. Balanced grainy wheat, lactic acid, and oak tannins in the mouthfeel. Minimal lingering acids after the clean finish, no pucker/astringency. Pretty refreshing. Big on authentic fruit. There is some nice Brett complexity now after a bit of age. Great oak presence. Very big on lacto in the nose, but it wasn't rough on acidity as I expected, thanks to all the carbonation.

16oz can split between three little glasses. Bought it about a week ago at the brewery.
Pours thick, murky, pink. Little or no head. Smell is moderate tart, more cranberry than raspberry.
Taste is very tart, raspberry, maybe an oaky vanilla. Maybe a little bit of cranberry sauciness.
Mouthfeel is leaning toward thick, but very effervescent. Overall, quite nice.

Poured from 16oz can into my BeerAdvocate teku. Canned 12/14/21; this is described as an "oak aged sour with raspberries and cranberries".
Appearance: murky pink hue with a finger of frothy pinkish-tan foam atop. I mean, this is a raspberry sour, so I suppose pink is appropriate!
Smell: quite tart smelling with a bit of sweetness and a little diacetyl, along with a pleasant oakiness and, of course, raspberries. For me, the cranberries don't quite stand out. It's not bad, though a bit of a mess.
Taste: the oak is much more apparent in the flavor than in the aroma. The fruit is nice, although rather dry, with most of the sweetness fermented out. Tartness is plenty, though! Again, I like it, but it lacks ... balance, somehow.
Mouthfeel: medium-light body with a decent carbonation and creaminess for the style.
Overall: I do like this beer, and it's a good sour, but I feel like it has its imperfections.
