Appearance: Orangish gold color, frothy white foam head. Sticky lacing.
Aroma: Citric fruity and grassy. A caramel malty background. Doughy white-bread and almost a coco like spiciness.
Taste: Citric fruit peel and caramel malts. Slightly bitter finish.
Overall: This isn't’ a bad beer. It’s a bit unique. Not something I will buy regularly, but something I can enjoy.

19.2oz can served in a crappy hotel room wineglass. Bought it against my better judgment at BevMo with no date on the can. No date on the can = brewer guarantees this beer tastes as good as it ever will.
Pours a hazy pale yellow. Medium sized head. Moderate active carbonation. Smell is mostly citrus pith. Very lemony.
Taste is kind of muted citrus, kind of green tropical, moderate sweetness. Doesn't have anything that really pops, but doesn't have anything that really drags it down, either.
Mouthfeel is moderate thickness, moderate effervescence. Overall...it's a perfectly OK, not very notable IPA. Nothing disappointing, nothing exciting.

Shows what the left coast knows about the right coast :) This is a left coast beer by almost all counts. It’s a fine left coast beer - a bit pale for a dipa with a darkish creamy head that goes on forever… Smells and tastes like bitter left coast hops and some caramels and malts and stuff. I get zero citrus. Enjoyed (honestly) in a 19.2 oz can. But everywhere it says “citrusy” and that’s just not going on here. I can’t find a best by date.

This beer sucks, if I could give it a zero I would. Out of a 6 pack 6 foamed over; the entire can turned straight into foam. The one beer that was kinda salvageable was not good. It was only a couple months old. I've only had this happen with amateur home brews. Due to the bad quality control this will be the last beer I buy from Speakeasy.

Don’t normally write reviews but had to because of the negative reviews (maybe a bad batch?) Not hazy for sure but still a pretty good beer.

I'm not going to give the typical connoisseur review; I'm just a hobbyist who knows a really good IPA when I taste one, and well, this Mystic Haze is not one of them. Like the couple of other reviewers on this beer said, I too wouldn't of known it was an IPA by taste alone, and it is certainly not hazy. This is one of the worse beers I've had and is such a disappointment. I'm glad I found it it in a 19oz single can for a few bucks and didn't waste any more money by buying more of it; I would have thrown it out. I don't know if I got a bad beer or this is just a terrible beer. I'm not buying more to find out.
The beer was light in color and clear with no haze. The taste was all malt and no bite. It left a bad after taste in my mouth for hours, even after brushing my teeth to try and get rid of it.

Would have never guessed it was a hazy IPA. Not a hazy. Tasted flat. Little mouth feel and bad flavor. Literally one of the worst beers ive had in the hazy category.

Smells a little off but tastes fantastic. Love the citrusy calypso hops. Slight starchiness. Slightly bitter. Crisp brightness. Good to pair with banana chips.

Mystic Haze has a thin, white head, and an only partly hazy, bubbly gold appearance, with some lacing. The aroma is of mild citrus and peppery spice. The taste is similar, with low bitterness. Speakeasy Mystic has a high-medium body, a chewy mouthfeel, and a dry finish.

Bitter, no head hardly, no smell worth mentioning. More brown than golden. Not very hazy at all. What happened here guys ? I had to pour this down the sink. I am sorry.

Spoiler alert: This is not overly hazy, nor is it mystic.
I found some cantaloupe notes on the aroma, briefly, with a hint of …sage? Lemon sage? It’s mostly juicy, with some expressive esters from what I assume is the yeast.

The color is golden and slightly haze in color with a good head when pour into a glass. The smell is very pleasant and not overbearing which some IPAs can have. It has a slight maltiness to it with a back end of citrus and extremely smooth. That said because its so balanced nothing really pops about this beer and it doesn’t have any defining characteristics to it.

Poured from a can, slightly murky orange/gold with white head receding quickly and leaving a ring of surface bubbles with a bit of clingy lacing. Nose hints at citrus and cracker, taste follows with more citrus and malt. Finish is on the dry side with some lingering bitterness.
