Clear yellow colored ale with a tall white colored head.
Smells very yeasty from a distance. Mild sourness and a hint of barnyard funk. Scent of coriander and pepper. Mild floral scent.
Starts out tasting of roasted grain and coriander. Mild bitterness. slight sour trace in the after taste.
Mouthfeel is good.
Overall a passable Saison.
