Looks pretty good for not having an ounce of foam.
Typical effort of a young brewer who needs to study Belgian yeasts much harder before venturing into such a difficult tradition. I will skip the beer review except this brewer appears to be brand new (like probably one year) and should develop a great recipe and keep brewing it... much better chance of succeeding.
