On tap at the brewery restaurant in north Portland. Pale amber with a decent foam in the Pilsener glass. Tingly carbonation. More on the tart than sweet side. Fruity at first sip.
Brewery says this is made with Sterling hops but rates it at just 19 IBUs. This dries out after some sipping. Quite light on the yeasty taste. Light body. More of a Belgian Blonde. In any case it's an excellent quaff.
