From a bottle, geyser style!
Straw gold, bright and lemony. Big lemon juice and zest notes on the nose, lots of effervescence. So much flavor for such little ABV. I loved it.

Poured from 500mL bottle into a tulip.
Appearance: pale straw hue with a little bit of haze and a thick finger of frothy white foam. It looks great.
Smell: light funky aroma; it's got good saison character with a nice dryness. Good.
Taste: mildly tart with a mild saison funk and a light sweetness. There's a little bitterness toward the end, and a nice dry finish. I dig it!
Mouthfeel: medium-light body with a huge carbonation and a big, though evanescent, creaminess.
Overall: this is a darn tasty and drinkable beer. It's nice and dry, and very refreshing. Good stuff!

Thanks again to Phil for a great beer. This is right up my alley.
Straw blonde body. Clear with a touch of chill haze. Shock white foamy head slowly dies down leaving a very solid cap and some sticky, unmoving lace.
The aroma is delicate ripe green pear, a little oak and some funk.
The taste is wheaty and crisp, crackery malts. Syrupy cooked pears, pear skin, some wood. Hints of berries and honey throughout with a nice nip of spice from the hops.
Light body, medium carbonation. Wonderfully balanced and dry.
By far my favorite Ex Novo beer.

As soon as the golden liquid touches the glass, each additional drizzel sends an eruption of white foam upwards. Once the violence settles, a warm and inviting unfiltered yellow liquid has an impressive foam resting above. Root beer float-like which ironically settles around the edge forming a mound resembling a volcano. Sip by sip, plastered rings remain.
At the pop of the cap, a gush of fruity aromas force their way from the bottle. Ripe pear, strawberry, and tart green apples lead the march before a dusty freshly plowed field and dried hay. Each scent being very dinstinguished while still maintaining to be mild or light.
One sip and it's a completely different show. Funk... sweaty sock and damp barnyard style. Hay and tart apples show themselves on the finish, but this is almost exclusively moist, funky, dirty, and woody with just a slap of fresh light grain on the end. Actually, light is probably a good representation for all of the flavors involved.
Light bodied, crisp, and highly carbonated. Bubbly, but not spritzy. Despite this, is still full of intensities in it's own right. Tart and funky flavors give it a more full figured experience, while it's low abv and lively bubbles give it exceptionally easy drinkability.
This is a fun beer. A rustic "table beer", and from what I've had so far in that realm, this one fits the bill. Twelve packs of these would suit me much better as a summer option opposed to the alternatives. In a perfect world, I suppose. Cheers.
