Thanks hophead.
Canned 10/28/2024
Pours a hazy gold in color. White fluff rises more than 2 fingers in height and takes its sweet time settling down to firm film. Speckled lacing.
Nose is very "green." It sends wafts of berry, mango, the most subtle citrus rind, hints of juniper berry, alfalfa, maybe some fruity bubble gum, and finally a creamy malt note.
Flavor starts off (again with a very green delivery) with juniper berry, citrus along the lines of kefir lime (but smooth), hints of mango, guava, and finishes with a subtle, almost creamy sweet/bitter finish.
Mouthfeel is spot on for style. Carb keeps things alive but not over the top.

A: The beer is very hazy to cloudy yellow in color with some whitish hues. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that quickly died down but left a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of gooseberries are present in the nose.
T: Like the smell, the taste has flavors of gooseberries and has notes of green grapes and hints of citrus and tropical fruits.
M: It feels medium-bodied and juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer seems like it is dominated by the smell and flavors of Nelson hops and is quite easy to drink.
Serving type: can
