This is actually presented as an Italian Pilsner. Collaboration with Brass Balls @ Ocean City MD.
Very little scent, poured with no head. Nicely clear Golden brew.
Taste is very suppressed. Essentially nothing to comment on. Difficult to consider this a pils. Body is a perfect crisp light lager.
Overall a nicely made very drinkable lager, but nothing really grabs you nor suggests a Pilsner.
To be fair I have only had German and Bohemian pilsners. So maybe I just don’t appreciate the style.
It worked well with my pizza.
