Cranberry and Ginger. Not a combination I thought I would like. Ginger in an actual beer helps mix and cut the cranberry so that it is not the predominant flavor. Very interesting combination.

A: Pale gold brass coloring with a frothy white head. Minimal lace deposits on the vessel with a silent effervesce.
S: The nose was musky, fruity, of cranberries, and ginger notes. Some musky lemon rounds out.
T: Flavor was slightly sweet caramel grains, spicy cloves, and ginger. Backbone of dark wheat with some yeasty nature.
M: Light body, oily slick texture, tart, with a light carbonation factor.
O: Overall spicy, easy drinking, a good entry example of a farmhouse ale.
