Pours a clear, deep golden hue capped with a finger and a half of densely fluffy, eggshell-white foam; solid head retention leaves a slim layer of cap, slight, frothy collar, and minimal-no lacing holding to the walls of the glass.
Aroma presents a wide, funky expanse marked with subtle oak as tinges of lemon meet progressive barnyard funk into citrus oils, dew-soaked wheat, and fresh lacto edges.
Taste offers clean lacto-funk with a mineralic underscore, showing accents of musty white grape alongside a tinge of prickly oak through the mid-palate while orange oils residuals phase to a delicate floral essence deep in the backdrop.
Mouthfeel brings a light body and gentle puff of moderate carbonation, leaving bright tartness and level acidity into glossy, slick textures as a subliminal prickle appears on the back end of the palate.
Bright funk guides a profile marked with white wine trends as restrained tinges of citrus and florality are carried deftly throughout; a well-measured and easily approachable saison.
