Brewed to honor Saint Sammy, the oft forgotten beer saint, the Patron Saint of Saison. This limited edition saison is brewed with Pilsner, Vienna, and Texas Wheat, and then modestly dryhopped to provide balance. The aroma is bursting with green herbal and grassy notes mingling with soft bubblegum. The flavor stands up with a clean malt backbone and pleasant spices, including clove and black pepper, then it finishes with a light bitterness and prickly carbonation.
