Sometimes your surroundings simply speak to you, this Landbier is brewed to honor Amarillo, the Texas Panhandle and the American Southwest. Along with our friends at Oddwood Brewing, from Austin, TX, we brewed this delightful lager with all local malt from Maverick Malt House and [close to] local Crystal Hops from Billy Goat Hop Farms from Montrose, Colorado. This beer required months of planning and the result is well worth the wait. It lands somewhere between a German Style Pilsner and a Vienna Lager. Slightly spicy American hops come through on the aroma, and help balance a toasty but crisp malt profile. Drink and repeat!
