Our Saison Vol 3 is brewed with all Maine ingredients and a classic French Saison yeast. This beer is brewed with estate grown ginger, turmeric and lime basil. Our "Bubba Blue" ginger seed was acquired from Biker Dude organics out of Hawaii and grown out at our farm on Westport Island. From one island to another, we are grateful to pass it along.

A pretty nice saison in all respects but I personally just didn't like what the turmeric did to the taste. Interesting twist but without that, I think it would have been better.
