Pours a foamy creamy 1 finger head with moderate retention, sticky lacing, hazy light pale color
Nose rich malt, grainy cereal straw malt, gristy doughy, floral spices, a touch peppery, plenty of fruity esters, orchard fruit with some apple pear, citrus, a touch of bubblegum, lemon zest, lemongrass, straw, a touch of flowery dandelion like
Taste brings more semi sweet grainy malts, cereal, doughy, gristy, rustic, a bit of floral spices again, flowery chamomile like tea, a little farmhouse character, plenty of fruity esters, lemon citrus, a little lemon lime zest, apple and pear again, juicy bubblegum, a touch of bitterness from herbal floral hops and spices, drier finish
Mouth is med bod, higher effervescent carb
Overall a pretty nice saison, plenty of fruits and floral characters, enjoyable
