I’ve never had a saison at 9.1%ABV. It is more like a Tripel. Very boozey. It was good but not what I was expecting.

Had on tap. Brown and lighter copper tones swirl in the opaque body, with a huge tan head and tons of lacing; autumn in a glass. Toasty and yeasty nose with a fall spice kick and a hint of tobacco. Taste adds an earthy tone on the finish. Feel is medium bodied yet full, yeast and somewhat chewy, so smooth. Outside of autumn I don't know if I would go for this, but in season it hits the spot
