Had on tap. Clear golden body with a finger of white foam and lacing. Smells of doughy bread, cracker, and mild grassy hops. Taste has great breadiness: biscuit, dough, cracker all there. Otherwise grassy hops and grains are finishers but mild. Easy drinking and crisp, bready and grains both omnipresent, medium-light body. The wife loved it

No canning date; consumed on 1/7/21
Pours a clear, lemon-hold body capped with a finger and a half of fluffy, white foam; decent head retention leaves a slight layer of cap, moderate, frothy collar, and a steady layering of thin, webby lacing holding firmly to the walls of the glass.
Aroma opens with fervent impressions of fresh, doughy Saltine cracker followed by wisps of sweet wildflower honey into fresh grains; a fleeting minerality over the middle leads into musty lime peel and wet straw on the back end, as rounded lager yeast and fresh pale malts close the bouquet.
Taste opens with hints of straw and a more dominant lime zest, underscoring lager yeast and a lighter floral hop tone over the mid-palate; fluffy lager yeast phases into a doughy, crackery finish, with airy, grassy hops lingering past the swallow.
Mouthfeel features a light body and a rounded, moderate-high, and effervescent carbonation fluffing along the palate to a delicately drying texture over the mid-palate and a pillowy, vaguely snappy finish with distant hints of gritty heft lingering.
Grain-forward and informed by lighter expressions of flaky pilsner malts and subtle, floral hops, this beer presents plainly; a flash of promise, a suggestion of deeper leanings, and yet ultimately this is just a steady, pleasant brew, nothing more, nothing less.

16oz undated can poured into a mug shows a listless straw yellow body with random rising bubbles and little, to no, head, leaving a clean glass behind.
Aroma of cracker malt with a slight hint of flowers and spice
Flavors match with malt up front and a flowery finish.
Light, effervescent mouthfeel, leans a tad thin.
Overall a beer.
