16oz can served in a snulip. Can is dated 10/27/25. Bought it yesterday at Beer Junction.
Pours dark reddish brown, with smallish head that settles quickly into a thick ring and a heavy dusting. Smell is pine and grapefruit, resinous with a gorgeous caramel and honey sweetness.
Taste moves more toward the roasty nutty side, but all the hoppy and sweet characteristics are still there. Malt has a really strong presence.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied, nice level of prickliness. Overall, nice and tasty beer.

Single picked up at Cheap Charlie's in Gresham, OR; first from Away Days
16oz can poured into a Sierra Nevada imperial pint
pours a deep chestnut; big 2f light tan head sticks around; looks great; grainy nose leads to lots of toasted grainy malts in the profile; a fair amount of earthy bitterness as well; med-full bodied with med carb; not bad, however not super memorable either; decent enough to have again, but wouldn't seek it out

Poured from 16oz can into my 8th Wonder chalice. Canned 10/24/23. The can calls this a “hoppy red ale”.
Appearance: rich, dark-amber hue with a totally clear body and a thick finger of frothy amber-ivory foam. I actually think it looks damn fine.
Smell: sweetish malt with plenty of toasty and biscuity character. Hops are big here with a large citrusy aroma that comes across as lemony when combined with this particular hop bill. It’s not bad, very autumnal, but a little too biscuit-forward for my taste.
Taste: plenty of sweetness, but otherwise pretty similar to the aroma. The biscuity character is not my favorite, but if that’s something you don’t mind, then there’s a nice juicy citrusy character here too which is actually not too bad.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good level of carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: this seems like a really well-made beer, albeit not one that’s suited to my palate. I think a lot of people might find this pretty tasty.
