Can from New Seasons.
A hazy light yellow with a dense, white head with good retention and lacing. The nose is hoppy and lemony, mildly earthy with a crisp, cracker like grain character, fresh and snappy. The second pour has some yeast, soft and spicy, mildly minty. The palate opens crisp and cracker like with a snappy grain, firm hop bitterness that's mildly spicy and herbal. Adding the yeast softens the harsh carbonation, tempering the acidity and adding some spicy yeast depth. Briskly carbonated, prickly finish. Solid.
