Indoor Picnic is a pretty good effort for a young brewer to venture into the saison market... which has easy entry because of the flexible malt bills. But rarely does a young brewer of milds produce a saison as good as Picnic.
I hope Midwest cans this sometime soon. Picnic's mild spiciness and active yeast could complement a lot of otherwise bland-ish foods. Good for summer fare, a fair guess.
