Pours a lightly foggy straw with a finger of white foam. Aroma is clean, with light herbal, spicy, zesty, citrus hops and crackery, biscuity malts cutting through towards the finish. It's lightly dry at the finish. Flavor profile is citrus, zesty, spicy, piney, resiny hops with crackery, biscuity, nutty malts. It opens up vaguely sweet, but finishes dry between the bread and nutty malts. Mouth feel is crisp with a medium-thin consistency. Overall, playful pilsner with subtle hop qualities.
