Tap at the source.
A: Pours a light purplish color with a nice off-white head.
S: Aroma is fruity, nebulous berries, slightly acetic-like berry acidity, lacto, a good amount of barrel.
T: Taste brings moderate sourness, jammy blackberry, caramel, a little bready, plenty of whiskey barrel tannins (vanilla, little bit of oakiness).
M: Medium-bodied with light carbonation.
O: Pretty tasty - good balance between the restrained acidity, jamminess, and barrel. Not a very sour beer by any means.
