At the One Barrel Tap Room, when the beer-tender asks a customer: “What’ll ya have?” Folks love to respond, “Something good!” So we crafted this beer just for them. We call it Tiny Giant because it’s got a big citrus flavor, paired with the light body of a Saison. Think of it as a Session Saison.

Tiny Giant pours a hazy golden color with a big, .long lasting and laving head. Big creamy and spicy aroma. Taste is also big, creamy flavors, lots of spices mixed, with hints of lemon. Good body and feel. Overall, a very drinkable, yet full beer, nice lemon flavors. A very good saison.

This beer pours a light golden color. The head was 1 finger, frothy white, and didn't last too long. You get tiny bubbles rising in the glass from the carbonation.
The nose of this beer mixes a citrus aroma with a floral scent.
The taste is citrus forward, but then you get some of that floral taste. There is a slight bitter aftertaste, but it is pleasing.
It is a lighter bodied beer. You do get the feel of the carbonation going down.
I did enjoy this beer, and glad I bought it.

12oz bottle. Served in a snifter glass. Pours a slightly cloudy golden yellow hued body with a one finger offwhite head, thick with fair retention and bits of lacing. Smell is sulfur, mineral, grain, clove, grapefruit, touch of orange peel. more saison than citra. Flavour is a heavily sulfuric saison base, minerals, grain, slight grapefruit and citrus hoppiness, earthy bitterness on the backend. Mouthfeel is lighter bodied, moderately bitter resinous finish, lots of spice and sulfur.

Poured 12oz bottle into tulip. It is a golden yellow with a 2.5 finger fluffy white head on an gentle pour. Good retention and some spotted lacing on the glass. A yeasty aroma with a good amount of pepper notes and citrus. Starts off with a nice amount of yeast along with a citrus zest. Faded herbal notes with plenty of grapefruit and orange, maybe a hint of lemon/lime. Finish is a peppery spice. Dry and inviting with soft carbonation. A light feel that is easy to consume any day/night. Enjoyable and would be very refreshing in the summer months.
