750 ml. bottle.
Brewed January 2020
Bottled 08.10.2020.

Moderate pour yields a one inch light pink head over a mahogany body with a little lacing.

Nose is slightly tart with a bit of tart cherry aromas and a tad red wine aromas.

Taste is accessibly tart with cherry and slight red wine flavors giving way to a little red wine tannin at the nearly dry finish.

Nice, nearly full, mouthfeel with more than medium carbonation.

Overall, aged 4 years from bottling date with no issues. Not sure if they still make this, but they should!
If you see this out in the wild, don't hesitate to grab it!!
Cheers!!!

Pours plum brown with strong effervescence and a finger-and-a-half of tan head that has great retention and leaves spotty lacing.

It has a sour, tart aroma with a little red wine and hint of maple and dark malts behind.

Strong acidity and vinegar are up front in the taste, without being over the top. There’s some more wine complexity, a little stone fruit and squash, and the slightest kiss of maple sweetness.

It has a full, soft feel and soft carbonation.

This is well made. It has a bit more acidity than I prefer, but is still very enjoyable.

Medium to dark cherry red hue with some brown in it along with nice slightly creamy tan lacing. Aroma is light tart cherry with some breadiness. Taste follows the nose with lightly tart cherry with some puckering tartness that never gets too overwhelming that detracts from the beer. Mouthfeel is big medium body with a dry finish throughout the mouth initially and gradually waters profusely. Overall - really well done and recommended.

Kept getting better as it warmed. Maple really came out at the end.

First from this brewery. Pours a deep reddish amber with good clarity and a scant finger of off-white head. Some retention and lacing. Classic Flanders aroma -- tart cherry, brown bread maltiness, hint of funk, lemon zest. Flavors are on the tart end, with an interesting roasted tobacco leaf character from the malts. Lightly astringent mouthfeel. Medium carb, medium- body with some wateriness around the edges. For the price and hype of the brewery, I was expecting a bit more. Still pretty decent though, aside from the price
