A - Hazy light golden orange with light
S - Lime, Gin, spice.
T - Follows the nose with lime, Gin, and heavy citrus spice.
M - Medium body with a smooth body.
O - A friend of mine shared this bottle and enjoyed but not a bottle I would seek out. That being said, it was really solid.

This one pours a slightly hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like stone fruit, pineapple, melon, white wine, oak, lemon, and gin botanicals.
Tom Cat gin barrels just work magic on saisons, as evidenced by this and other beers like Gin Soigne from Hill Farmstead. This is so fruity in a vibrant way – pineapple, melon, and lemon notes, with some wine, and a really pleasant spicy and sweet herbal character from the gin. There’s a touch of oak that balances it all nicely.
This is fairly full and creamy for the style, in a great way, with a nice drinkability, and a nice manageable acidity on the back end.
This is my favorite beer that I’ve had yet from Freak Folk – it’s so well done and just plain fun to drink.
