With its slightly bitter and dry citrus aroma, combined with a saison yeast, it makes it drier and fruitier. This yeast has digested the sugars well in the refermentation bottles, giving it a strong sparkle. This saison will not leave you indifferent on hot summer days.

This is the base saison from which the Whisky BA saison is made.
And the base seems well on its way to being a good saison; but not quite there yet.
002 Looks good in the first pour; but be careful as there is lots of sediment in there that should be better controlled. Smells are sort of fruity, peachy. Tastes are balanced by hops that introduce themselves early and then grow until the finish which are almost too strong for me. Almost medium-mouthed. I might have this again in 3 or 4 years and see how much it has improved.
