A Grodziskie, or lightly-smoked wheat lager, brewed with oak-smoked wheat malt and hopped with Hallertau hops. Light and crisp with subtle smoke and herbal notes.

Clear dark straw, thin white head, good retention, thin rings of lace
Light smoke, a touch of fruit, slightly herbal, some wheat malt aroma
Smoke kicks in up front and carries throughout. Wheat malt flavor, a touch of herbal hops
Light bodied and appropriately carbonated.
I think this would be a good beer to go with grilled shellfish. Even though it's light bodied and fresh tasting, I could imagine liking it more in the fall than the summer.
