Summer is here and we just had to brew a easy drinking and light Mexican Lager to keep your thirsts all quenched!! This batch started with local pilsner malt and whole kernel malted corn from the fine folks at @gallatinvalleymalt, bittered in the kettle with Magnum, and whirlpooled with New Zealand Motueka hops, fermented cool and under pressure with our house lager yeast, and lagered for over 2 months.
