Pale gold, thin layer of foam, no lacing, no head retention. Initial flurry of rising carb that gently ebbs away over time. Last pour has some yeast bits in suspension.
Aroma is nice, natural passionfruit, tropical and fruity.
Light tartness, seems natural from the fruit or a low amount of lacto. Light phenolic yeast notes of white pepper, mild honeyed grains in the aftertaste, mild lingering peppery bitterness. Light to medium bodied, mellow carb that ebbs away. Overall it’s light, fruity and refreshing, could be a little more tart and dry but it’s good. Would try other beers from these guys.
