This quaffable saison is bursting with wonderful yeast esters. Czech Kazbeck hops impart strong notes of lemon and hints of banana and thyme.

A - Clear medium gold color with thin dense white lacing and low carbonation.
S - Banana & citrus with fruity esters and light spice.
T - Light bubblegum, citrus, and a little bit of peppery spice with delicate citrus tang.
M - Medium body and a wet finish.
O - Average and the least favorite in my flight of beers.
