A pretty good rendering of an English Mild although to me, it's a bit over hopped or they used some domestic hops in the finish.
Overall, not bad though.

Canned 2021/12/20
Pours a frothy semi creamy 1/2 finger head with moderate retention, low lacing, hazy iced-tea tan brownish color
Nose light sweet malt, toasty brownish malt, herbal grassy leafy English style hops, hint biscuity caramel, light fruity
Taste more sweet base malt, a touch of toasted malt and caramel notes, fair fruity notes in the background, more of the English herbal leafy hops with med to a bit lighter bitterness, nice balance, drier finish, med-high bitterness
Mouth is med to a bit lighter bod, a bit lighter carb but typical for the style
Overall a nice English bitter, this was right in style, nice balance, good bitterness and hop presence, nice fruit and malt characters, big improvement since I had the Ploosh

Poured into a grip shaped goblet: color is murky copper, head is light tan with fine bubbles and presents 1 finger thick, head then remains a thin top and laces the glass sides.
Smell is light sweet toasted malt, some toffee, some nuttiness, then plenty of yeast esters in a pleasant fruitiness, and light grassy hops.
Taste is similar with a bit more maltiness - pleasant toast, toffee, nuttiness, then yeasty esters to add light fruitiness, hops are light grass, hint of herb and floral notes.
Mouthfeel is a bit sharper carbonation than for the style, moderate sweetness, moderate bitterness.
Overall this is a very, very good beer in style that is very under-represented. Extremely delicious maltiness and light yeast esters, maybe a touch overcarbonated.

Orangey copper colored with a frothy white cap that settles out slowly. Low aroma of malt and floral hop notes. Malty upfront with a hop flourish right after, followed by yeasty easters, reminiscent of English pub ale. Delicate flavors, nicely balanced. Perhaps a bit overly hoppy for the style, but tasty. Moderate to low carbonation, even mouthfeel, right on style. Really good beer.
