Located in Mamaroneck NY, Marlowe Artisanal Ales is a brewery focused on highly-drinkable beer, tacos, koji burgers, and good vibes. Our attention to detail stems from our love of the craft of beer and extends to art, food, hospitality, and beyond! We look forward to welcoming you into our home.
Marlowe is the name of Zac’s late grandfather. Our logo is his signature taken from the piece of music he composed for Zac’s parents’ wedding.
Our goal from the inception was to have a small brewery with a kitchen that focused on building a community over the love of all styles of beer, simple well-crafted food, and good vibes. We began as a side project out of the Twelve Percent Beer Project, where Zac was the head brewer brewing for 20-30 different brands. Keeping our long term goals in mind, the opportunity to start a small pub in Nyack, NY was presented to us in 2022 and we jumped at the prospect. Ultimately, it wasn’t the partnership that we were looking for and we closed quickly in early 2023 and within another month we re-launched in Mamaroneck, NY shortly after, taking over the space from Decadent Ales who was looking to pursue other ventures.
Our goal is to first and foremost build a community built on the love of craft and camaraderie. Second, we want to brew the best beer we possibly can, across all styles, and we keep a wide array available at all times. We have a small kitchen where we make some delicious and creative food that satisfy our culinary passions.
