On tap at Queue Beer in Brooklyn, NY.
This one pours a very clear golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells spicy in a great way, with herbal and woody hops, a sort of refreshing mineral character, and crackery malt.
This is really as good as it gets for pilsner, in my mind. It’s perfectly well balanced, with a great dry, herbal, and minerally hop character, and a crackery and just lightly sweet malt backbone.
This is unbelievably crisp, with no flavors out of place, and no off flavors at all. It’s super drinkable, and just finishes so cleanly.
I really do not drink enough Marlowe – they make outstanding beers that really remind me of Hill Farmstead of Suarez.

I Think I Know pours a golden/yellow color with a large, frothy, long-lasting head. The aroma is light, bright, and with a hint of lemon. The flavor is lighter, with a hint of lemon, very bright and bitter. Good feel. Overall, it is a fruity, brighter, yet bitter pils.
