This beer was a pilsner/munich I base step-mashed at 5 different temperatures and boiled for 90 minutes with precise hop additions of Hallertau Mittelfrüh (from @locherhopfen) and German Perle throughout and fermented with 34/70 as cold as the yeast would allow it and then naturally carbonated using a bunging method.

cheaper can in clearance bin of 209 Station. Meets style, has held up and carbonation active, even though not a personal style favourite it was quaffable and met the style.

Pours a cloudy golden color with a thick white head. Nice lacing. Nose was lemony and malty as was the taste. Slight bitterness on backend as the sweetness fades.
