Sonder No. 4 was brewed with a variety of raw grains and was fermented with our house culture of yeast and bacteria in both white wine barrels and stainless steel. it was then rested on in-house processed peaches from Palisade, Colorado for over a year before an extensive period of battle conditioning.

This iteration of Sonder presents with juicy peach aromatics. While on the palate, the inviting acidity of the peach melds with the delicate tartness of the saison. Each taste more inviting than the previous. This beer, like all presentations of Sonder, is a representation of this time, of this place. and of us..
