An average pour from a 32-oz. crowler (canned at the brewery) produced a fat finger of white fizzy foam with short retention and small spots of lace. Clear golden yellow-straw color.

Lime and mint greet the nose with toasted bread and biscuit.

Neutral taste (not sweet or dry) with mild salty bitterness. Lime and mint prevail over a light bready and biscuity malt backbone. Hop flavor is low, minty and herbal. Moderately fast finish, Fast but not crisp on the finish, similar to a Blonde Ale. Lime and salt linger briefly.

Medium light bodied with soft, lasting carbonation. Smooth and well balanced, Himalayan salt and Norther Brewers Hops are used sparingly. Alcohol is very well hidden. Highly quaffable.
