Ankrolab Brewing Company is passionate about bringing our patrons the finest beer we can produce. That passion begins with beer’s most important ingredient- water. We utilize the newest technology of reverse osmosis (the RO in Ankrolab) to strip our source water of everything. Yes. Everything. A blank page. Our starting water is in fact so pure that we must reintroduce minerals before it is usable. Although this technique is costly and takes extra time, we feel it is a requirement in making our beer the best it can be. This means that if you are drinking a Belgian Quadruple, we are recreating the water profile of the town in which that style was created.

Using this method, we will always produce a true to style beer, from yeast propagation to the brewing process itself. We promise to always use the freshest ingredients we can get our hands on and NEVER use any extracts or “natural flavors”. Once the beer has been brewed and passes our strict quality control, we pair the beer to a glass that will best suit its flavor profile, mouthfeel and aromatic experience.
