This cloudy, wheat beer is made in the tradition of Northern France’s farmhouse ales, but with the addition of peach purée added during fermentation. The malts lend a soft sweetness while the hops bring out a hint of spice, the French Yeast strain adds complexity and the peach contributes balance and subtle fruit flavors. Much like our other beers of this same style, its strength is in its simplicity, and finishes crisp and dry.

Pours a hazy gold color. 2/3 inch head of a white color. Good retention and slight lacing. Smells of strong peach, pale malt, hint of sweet malt, and slight yeast. Fits the style of a Saison / Farmhouse Ale. Mouth feel is sharp and clean, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of strong peach, pale malt, hint of sweet malt, hint of hop, alcohol, and slight yeast. Overall, decent appearance and aroma, good body and blend. The peach aroma and tastes is quite pleasing.

Poured out a clear, bubbly orange color with golden highlights. It had a small, white head of foam. It smelled of peaches. Nice sweet peach flavor with subtle caramel and grain notes.

This is a hazy, light straw colored brew. Slim, almost non-existent head. The aroma is full-on peach. There is a bit of tartness, and a little malt in the aroma, but they sit behind the peach. The taste is tilted dry, with a snappy peach flavor. Medium-light in body and a lingering fruit finish. Interesting, but not extraordinary.
