Pours a hazy maize color. 1/4 inch head of an off-white color. Slight retention and slight lacing. Smells of strong passionfruit, hint of wheat, hint of yeast, hint of clove, and a hint of citrus hops. Fits the style of a Belgian Saison. Mouth feel is sharp and clean, with an average carbonation level. There is a noticeable tartness. Tastes of strong passionfruit, hint of wheat, hint of yeast, hint of clove, hint of hibiscus, and a hint of citrus hops. Overall, weak appearance, good complexity, and average aroma and body.

12oz bottle. Poured out a clear, golden orange color with a one-finger head of white foam. It smelled of passionfruit and caramel. Very sweet tasting. Lots of passionfruit, some wheat. Not much of saison characteristics you'd expect.
