Served from the can in a Lagunitas mason jar.
Pours a slightly hazed amber-gold topped by a finger of lightly off-white foam. The nose comprises mild orange zest, lemon zest, clove, light banana peel, black pepper, and cracked wheat. The taste mostly veers in the same direction, though the fruits have migrated to a more Squirt-like character, and the spice from the yeast is now barely hanging on by fingernails. The body is a light medium, with a tingly carbonation, a wet feel, and a drying finish. I dig the fruitiness here, but the farmhouse character is lacking, as is the overall balance of flavors.

Poured from a can. Dark straw and hazy in color with a white head. Smells of yeast, passion fruit and wheat. Flavor is well put together, sometimes fruit infused styles completely lose the style but this is a saison for sure with passion fruit still coming through.

12oz can
date stamped 04 17 2020
L: golden hued body; foamy off-white head
S: herbal, spicy, tangy passion fruit, yeasty
T: tangy/sour passion fruit, light grain, herbal & spicy hops, fruity & bready yeast
F: medium body, moderate carbonation, dry finish
O: this one didn't work for me. I find the passion fruit doesn't go well with the saison

12oz unmarked can (new release) poured into a shaker pint glass at fridge temp 7.5% ABV 15 IBU. The beer pours hefe-hazy in a dull light amber color. The head is nearly white in color and settles to a thin ring. No lacing. The aroma is moderate in strength featuring passion fruit, a hint of wheat and Belgian yeast. The taste is barely tart passion fruit with a peppery yeast component and more noticeable wheat character. Minimal bitterness. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with just above average carbonation and a dry finish. Overall, ok. It's refreshing, but I'd prefer a non fruited saison.

12oz can. Poured out a clear, orange color with a very small, off-white head. It smelled of passion fruit, caramel and some yeastiness. Sweet passion fruit taste with hints of tartness and some caramel.
