Straw yellow in color with a lightly hazy complexion. Fingernail of eggshell white on top. The aroma is of faintly crackery malt. I’m tasting a Saltine cracker with a kiss of grassy hops. The mouth is very light and easygoing.

Beer was on back on tap on 7/21/15!
The Schlafly Kellerbier was served in a Pilsner. The beer is gold with surprisingly good clarity for a Keller.
Aroma of grains, grass and some floral hop notes.
The beer leads with grassy notes, a bit of sweet cracker and the light floral based bitterness. It is refreshing and would be easy to pair with food.
The mouth is decent but the beer could use a touch more carbonation.

I liked this beer it sort of reminded me of pale ale. It has amber orange like hue with just a slightly of-white head. The aroma is herbal and somewhat citric. It has a marginal bitter flavor with a nice amount of hops with grapefruit esters. It as great thick body. Overall a great beer.

A - clear amber with a small, but frothy, head
S - smells of spices and hops
T - tastes as the nose suggested. It is a little spicy with a bit of a hop kick at the end. The hops were nice because they were noticeable but at the same time didn't reach out and grab you like hops in an IPA do.
M - full and creamy
D - This was a good one to start my night off with. A little spicy and hoppy...enough to keep it interesting.
