A - pours a straw yellow with a creamy, one-finger head that stays around for a while
S - smells of spices, white pepper, coriander, and light fruits
T - I understand why this is named Spicey Belgian Ale. Loads of white pepper, spices, and thyme. There is a bit of citrus / lemon flavors with some light, bready malts. There is a quite a bit of spiciness on the finish, which I at first mistook at cayenne pepper, but realized it was white pepper.
M - awesome body with a perfect touch of carbonation. Very hard to beat this.
D - this was a very interesting brew. I can only remember having white pepper / spicy beers a very small number of times. It added a new twist to beer for me, which is why I continue drinking beer. That being said, the pepper got to me after a while; I enjoyed my pint, would get again, but was ready for something different.
