Light amber hued but it is difficult to tell in a plastic cup with a slightly frosted tint. A half inch of creamy, tightly knit eggshell white foam. Brussels lacing. Aroma is of light, biscuity malt. Plenty of biscuity malt to taste with coppery note with some very gentle hops. The body is creamy and smooth creating a very sessionable experience.

Brewed for and on tap at the Boathouse in Forest Park where this beer is solely available.

A slightly hazy bright/pale orange color with minimal head (I'll give the beer the benefit of the doubt and assume my server was not classically trained in pouring a perfect pint). Really pumped up for this beer after getting a whiff -- crisp, grassy, and raw floral aromas...definitely dry hopped. The taste follows nicely with more dry, grassy, hops. Very refreshing and clean. Malt profile is light and lets the hops shine through. Great carbonation adds body and makes this beer quite drinkable. Not sure what the ABV is but these go down nicely!

They say this APA is brewed specifically and only for the Boathouse but I wonder how similar it is their Dry-Hopped APA which I have yet to try. Either way, a great beer!

Had this on-tap at the Boathouse. It was a clean, amber ale. The smell was balanced, with some faint hops. Some moderately caramel-like malt flavors, with a firm bitterness. It was drinkable, satisfying, and a solid rendition of a flavorful session ale.
