Hopped with Warrior, Citra and Mosaic, then dry hopped with Mosaic and Citra. This beer isn't super bitter, but it is hop forward with fresh citrus fruity flavors that are very bright. It's quite good.

i think the utah laws limiting abv on draft have forced some of the local breweries to learn how to do a lot with a little, so to speak, and this is a great example of that, a full flavored and decently bodied session type that doesnt feel like a reduction or a sacrifice at all, feel like i am catching it in good shape too, and this really was satisfying. not radical on the hops, citra and mosaic and centennial, but they are well proportioned and well dosed and well supported by a golden blonde but not too minimal grain base, and bitterness is kept in check, nice recipe overall. relatively clear, average white head from the tap, good carbonation, bright beer. i think the hops play well together in this, mosaic maybe leads a little bit to my senses, but its the whole that pops, a little pine lumber thing to the aroma, a little more orange, lemon, and grapefruit in the flavor, subtle weedy dank stickiness but without making the palate heavy or long, not overly woodsy or intense, balanced by very mild grain sweetness, low bitterness but still relatively quick to finish, unhurried, but with some pace anyway. nice refreshing hoppy recall at the end. i look at this as ahead of a lot of other utah ipa types pouring on tap, maybe not relevant in like san diego, but its awfully good for what it is and where it is, and i think bewilder is well ahead of the curve. i will happily drink this one when i am in town, familiar but it has its own vibe too, well built.

16oz can served in a big snifter. No date. Got it in a trade with @NorsemanOne.

Pours clear light golden with a small, coarse, fluffy head and not a lot of active carbonation. Smell is light, but I get mostly lemon.

Taste is also light, though a bit more assertive than the nose. I do get a little lemon, but I also get a little bit of biscuit dough, some generic floral sweetness, a medium-intensity citrus rind bitterness.

Mouthfeel is very light and very crisp. Overall, it's a pretty good "session" IPA or hoppy pale ale.

An IPA on the lighter side, not overwhelming on the bitterness scale but enough to let you know it's there. Dances on the tongue with a certain level of zip. It gets the job done right without pretending to be anything it's not.
