When I visited: July 2024, with my wife and son

What I had:
Raices Raíz - Mexican Lager (draft)
Raices Nostalgia - English Barleywine (5oz sample)

Overall impression:
Unique and impressive brewery, and I love the fact that they have a play area for kids.

This is a fine brewery located in a somewhat out-of-the-way spot in Denver but accessible enough with the help of online maps.

The place is fairly large, clean and well-lit. The beer selections are quite wide ranging and better than many other breweries are far as beer style diversity goes. They do serve food (which I didn't participate in), but it looked delicious.

The standout for me on a rather slow, late morning / early afternoon Father's Day visit was the staff. Very friendly and engaging. A brief conversation with the final server who checked me out with some crowler and bottle purchases said they have been in business for about four years now.

The beers that I sampled were good and to style.

Well-worth the effort to locate and experience. Latino community-centered yet open and welcoming to all. Highly recommended if you're in the I-25 / Colfax Avenue area.

Visited here on a Sunday at opening (11 AM) for lunch with wife and kids, and met @beergoot for a few beers.

The building is cool, big high ceiling, brewing facility behind the bar, lots of outdoor space, right next to a bike trail. Staff was friendly. Everything seems nice and well taken care of.

Of the beers I tried (barleywine, lager, smoked lager, hazy IPA), none blew me away, but they were all pretty good. They had something like 12-15 beers on their list, but a bunch of them were out. Pretty broad collection of styles.

Order at the bar, they'll hand it to you if it's just a beer, they'll bring it to the table if it takes more time.

We had empanadas (pastry shell or whatever it's called was great, fillings were good but would have preferred more aggressive seasoning) and a pretzel (good). Not a lot of food on their menu. We noticed later they had a food truck arrive, so I don't know if they allow outside food.

Would definitely visit a lot of they were close, would not typically feel the need to take a long trip to visit them, though I might if they had some interesting beer release or event.

Latinx-owned brewery, with a pride and orgullo that comes across in the spacious design and overall vibe. This place is built for community, which means plenty of shared tables but no bar seating. Beers were all enjoyable. The pupusa truck is worth a stop if you’re hungry.

this place is fantastic, a long time in the works i remember reading about it for what seemed like years before it ever opened, now finally returned to denver i got to check it out. awesome spot in the shadow of the stadium, easy enough to get to right off the highway but kind of tucked back in there. its an enormous space, revamped warehouse feel, plenty of parking out front, a little patio area with some comfy chairs out front and opening up inside into a massive taproom with lots of windows and natural light. a big arched bar along one side, tables and seating areas spread out all around, bustling when i was in on a sunday evening. some cool art adorns the walls, the brew equipment is around behind the bar, decent capacity, and an impressive list of beers, creative, inspired, and diverse. the place has a latin american vibe to it, not sure the origins of the owners or anything, but it definitely feels unique in that regard, not just another bunch of white dudes doing a brewery, and that is reflected in the beer list, which is awesome! they have a wicked patio out back with a lot of different seating areas, cool views of the city but oddly kind of natural back there for being urban, astroturf and all. thats where i posted up. i had a coffee blonde ale that was super refined and clean and coffee forward, just delicious, and something they called (maybe incorrectly) a biere de champagne, a blonde ale possibly fermented with wine yeast, but it was subtle, clean, and easy drinking. both very well made, and there were a ton of other clever looking ones i wish i had time to try. service was fine but unremarkable, they were busy and just plugging away, but even so the space felt mellow and inviting and not all that chaotic, really great outdoor space. they have an awesome thing going, definitely different from the typical denver taproom, and i cannot wait to go back. i did not eat here, did not see anyone eating, didnt know that was part of what was on offer here. give this place a try!

I was a big fan of this place once I finally got there to try it. A bit hard to get to, and very easy to miss the turn into the parking lot, but that said, plenty of parking. Huge back patio, somewhat shaded, and a large indoor area with TVs showing sports. There are only about 8 taps at any given time, but they make solid beers here, and I'm looking forward to returning. There's usually a food truck outside and they have a few food items inside as well, so you're all set.
