The crowd fave is back! A sneaky smooth 8%, this banger is brimming with breezy tropical pine and citrus from an overwhelming amount of Simcoe and Idaho 7. Like a staycation on an all-inclusive pineapple meringue island.

Pours a hazy, murky yellow with a thin finger of creamy white head. The color of the beer is average at best, but the consistency of the head is very enticing. Decent retention and thick rings of lacing.
Honeydew, grapefruit rind, pineapple, papaya, a hint of tropical flowers and a little jungle rot in the nose.
Peppery citrus stands out in the taste — a cross between lemon and orange. There’s a mild pithy bitterness to it, and just a hint of the jungle tropicality from the aroma.
Medium bodied and strongly fizzy mouthfeel.
Nice depth of flavor in this with the citrus and tropical elements, none of which come across particularly sweet. I wouldn’t have minded a little booziness with this profile, but the alcohol is completely hidden, too. Very well crafted.
