Had on sidepull tap. Somewhat murky but mostly clear pale golden body with a foamy white head with splotches of lacing abounding. Great grassy pale hops interacting with bready and slightly grainy yeast, a touch of lemon zest, and sulfur. Taste adds minor floral biscuit, otherwise the same. Feel is full, pale, well hopped with lush yeast to go with beautifully

(16 oz can, canned on: distorted text; purchased cold 4-pack at the brewery yesterday... poured into a HR Tubinger mug)
L: pale yellow-gold liquid with a minimal haze; loose, crystaline foam... messy cap maintains, laces little
S: all manners of hop excellence up top with a soft lemon-tart, fruity-malty base... roasted (decocted) edge to the nutty grain... incredibly potent intensity
T: starchy, floury, flowery scone... malt magnificence drenched in Saaz sublimity... dry dry aftertaste, soft toasty edge to biscuity bedrock... floral, burlap flavors persist long into the aft...
F: floating, feather-weight textures... simmering smoke into that long aft... it's like drinking cotton undergarments
O: been since before the pandemic that I've been visiting this place, and this is (maybe?) the first time I recall having this lager... its floral dominance is magnificent... shame on me for not marauding this swill earlier (2386)

Slightly hazy gold, poured very foamy but settled down quickly. Hoppy and earthy aromas. Malty taste to start with a pleasant bitterness, but a little light on flavor. Nice light body and drinkability.

A- A fairly clear golden color with a copper tint and a small white head.
S- Earthy, floral, hints of grass, some biscuits, touch of Pilsner malts, hints of sulfur.
T- Biscuits, touch of honey, earthy, floral, a little herbal/grassy, hints of mineral water.
M- Smooth, light to medium body.
O- Dry hopping adds a nice touch and isn’t over done. This is an easy drinking Pilsner with nice balance.

A: The beer is slightly hazy yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high bright white head that left a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface and thick lacing coating the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of grassy hops are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of green grapes and notes of grassy hops. There is a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and very clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer seems like it could be a hybrid of the Kölsch and Pilsner styles.

Clear, pale straw with three fingers of rocky, near-white head. Soapy lacing.
Excellent lightly-floral, grassy aroma with hints of sweet breadiness and sulfur.
Firm bitterness, without being heavy-handed, rests on top of some definite mineral water and another hint of sweet breadiness. Interesting light herbal note, too. Drying finish.
Fairly light bodied with a nice, slow-building zippiness to the carbonation.
Another excellent lager from these guys. Great mix of bitterness and sweetness, both in a range appropriate to the style. A pleasure to drink.
